Our well-known client is looking for a Partnership Development Coordinator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Are you passionate about building strong corporate relationships and driving growth? In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding new affiliates, managing invoicing, and ensuring corporate partners remain engaged and invested. You’ll play a key role in supporting membership and business development team with event coordination and taking on creative ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement efforts to retain corporate affiliates and explore opportunities for upgrades.
  • Share product and service insights to meet each partner’s goals.
  • Assist business development with planning events, articles, and sector-focused activities.
  • Act as the team’s CRM expert and provide reports when needed.
  • Support invoicing and payment tracking while keeping the corporate hub updated with events and resources.
  • Help organise and occasionally host corporate events, meetings, and webinars.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create graphs, pivot tables, and manipulate data.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with experience using Salesforce and web-based communication platforms.
  • Proficient in database management and maintaining a high standard of written English.
  • Capable of planning and organising workload effectively with minimal supervision.
  • A collaborative team player who works well with diverse colleagues and stakeholders.
  • An innovative problem-solver, able to take ownership of tasks and build strong internal and external relationships.
