Account Manager - AylesburyPertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client based in Aylesbury.Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE)Hours: 9 am-5 pmHybrid - 2 days working from homeDuties:- Act as one of the main points of contact for the management team, reporting any updates to the correct department.- Manage the roster, ensuring all future absences and holidays are covered within good time, making sure all roles are always covered. - Carrying out routine client visits to get an understanding of how the client works and their requirements to enhance client relationships.- Working closely with the clients to arrange induction of new starters and managing the shadowing programme.- Ensuring all notes and updates are recorded correctly on the company's internal system- Assigning new and existing staff in respect of their responsibilities - Managing staff contracts and encouraging extensions - Liaise, coordinate and communicate with the staffing team by telephone and email.- Carrying out interviews with - Participate in the out-of-hours call systems, dealing with emergencies out of hours and reporting to the senior team.
