My client in Aylesbury is excited to announce an opening for an Account Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to take charge of their career while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Previous account management experience is desired, but many of the best candidates thrive in challenging environments, possess strong time management skills, and have a genuine passion for teamwork. In this stimulating service-based role, you’ll engage in on-site visits, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships with clients while effectively addressing their needs. You'll collaborate with various teams and become a key point of contact for inquiries or issues, making a direct impact on client satisfaction.

Some onboarding will be part of the journey, but don’t worry if your background isn’t in sales or recruitment - my client provides an exceptional training program and is committed to supporting you as you navigate this new industry.

As my client operates a 24-hour service, you will share the responsibility for an out-of-hours call system with your team, ensuring that clients receive top-notch support whenever they need it. This commitment is rewarded with a day off in lieu, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Be point of contact for clients ensuring uninterrupted service
  • Attend on-site meetings to understand client needs and managing any complaints
  • Telephone interview and help onboard new staff members, introducing company policies during a short presentation
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure smooth running of services provided
  • Promote the business during client visits, and actively look for new opportunities

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm + on-call hours.

Salary is £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
