The role:

  • UK Key Account Manager, a mix of managing existing accounts and developing new business
  • These are likely to include Waterstones, The Works and Wholesalers depending on experience
  • Will have full accountability for your own customer base
  • Chance to drive and develop the brand and be a key part of the UK team
  • Report into UK Head of Sales
  • Chance to build long-lasting relationships and grow the business

Ideal candidate:

  • You may currently be operating in an Area/Territory Sales Manager position and looking to progress your career to the next level. Alternatively, you may be at Key Account Manager level and looking for a fresh challenge
  • Worked in a non-food consumer goods category such as stationery, toys, home or gift for example
  • Ideally operated in a branded business
  • Be personable, likeable and a strong relationship builder
  • Chance to work for a global business with a small UK operation that can offer stability
  • Be North-West based and able to commute to a Lancashire based office (hybrid working available)

Benefits & details:

  • Up to £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Bonus 15-20%, company car & wider benefits
  • Fully home-based role - 1 day per week in Buckinghamshire head office
