We are seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor, to join a UKAS accredited Asbestos organisation, with a national presence. You must have hands-on Asbestos Surveying experience and strong technical knowledge. The company are open with regards to experience and would also consider candidates who are dual qualified and able to undertake but Analytical and Surveying. They are offering competitive salaries and great benefits packages.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Applicants must have experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor, ideally for a UKAS accredited outfit
- Will be qualified with the BOHS P402, or RSPH equivalent
- Holding further P Certifications would also be beneficial (such as P401, P403, P404)
- Excellent knowledge of UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
- Able to write detailed written reports
- Comfortable using IT software, such as: Office and TEAMS
- Flexible to travel as required
The Role:
- Carrying out Asbestos Surveys (including Management, Refurbishment and Demolition) across a range of Domestic, Commercial and Public Sector sites
- Writing bespoke survey reports, including floorplans and schematics
- Completing re-inspection surveys
- Discussing findings directly with clients and providing detailed technical advice
- Safely collecting and bagging samples
- Meeting with clients on site to discuss works
- Ensuring to work in accordance with industry standards
