Your new companyYournew job working as an SME Account Executive will be working for a local Brokerbased in Buckinghamshire. The team specialises in general commercial, property,construction, manufacturing, and life sciences, alongside bespoke schemesbusiness. Your new Brokers are part of larger national Brokers with officesbased throughout the UK, they are recognised for their awards and success andare an excellent Broker of choice. Your new Brokers offer an experienced groupof insurance professionals who are committed to offer a personalised andhigh-quality service. They pride themselves having a client centric approachand a role in fostering strong relationships within the community. Due togrowth within their Commercial SME team, a permanent role for an SME AccountHandler or Account Executive has arisen. This role is based in Buckinghamshirewith the opportunity of hybrid working 3 days in the office.Your new role

Yournew role as an SME Account Executive means you will play a vital role inmanaging and growing a portfolio of SME clients, delivering expert insurancesolutions, and contributing to the success of the SME, e-trade and specialistSchemes. Yourability to build strong client relationships, identify new businessopportunities, and provide high-quality service will be key to achievingbusiness growth and client retention. Duties will include building strongrelationships with both client and Insurer, acting as the primary contact,ensuring client portfolios remain relevant through regular reviews as well asidentifying opportunities, generating leads and driving growth by offeringtailored commercial insurance solutions. Further duties will also includeoverseeing renewals, negotiating competitive terms, ensuring policies reflectevolving client needs, working closely with colleagues and contributing to teamsuccess, sharing industry insights to enhance service standards and stayingupdated on market trends.What you'll need to succeedYourprevious experience working as an SME Account Handler or a Personal LinesAccount handler who wishes to move into SME Commercial will contribute to yoursuccess in securing this role. You will have experience within the insurancesector, handling Personal Lines, or Commercial insurance or E-Trade packagepolicies . Ideally, you will be Cert CII qualified or willingness to worktowards it and have experience using Acturis or similar systems.
