THE COMPANY:

We're proud to be partnering with a highly successful and fast-growing business located in the Aylesbury area that is looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team.

As the Sales Ledger Clerk, you'll be responsible for checking pre-produced Sales Invoices for accuracy and sending to clients, query management, reconciliation of the accounts and sales ledger reporting.

This is a busy role where you'll take full responsibility for the Sales Ledger and will be part of a busy finance team. An excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business where you can build a career.

THE SALES LEDGER CLERK ROLE:

  • As the Sales Ledger, you will be responsible for producing, verifying and sending daily, weekly and consolidated sales invoices to clients.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of around 300 to 400 invoices per month
  • Responsible for managing queries and resolving
  • Conducting account reconciliation
  • Attending weekly finance meetings to report on the sales ledger
  • Producing reports on MS Excel
  • Providing support to the wider finance team

THE PERSON:

  • Must have experience in a similar role, such as, Sales Ledger Clerk, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Assistant
  • An exceptional attention to details
  • Experience with Sage would be a significant advantage
  • Good MS Excel skills
