The Role

We are a property maintenance company looking for a reliable Cleaner and Caretaker to maintain the communal areas of multiple blocks on a private housing estate. You’ll play a key role in the general upkeep of a prestigious development, ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all residents.

Your working hours will total 20 per week, and there’s flexibility to fit them between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain communal areas across the estate.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Ensure the estate is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Use the provided training, uniform, and equipment to complete tasks effectively.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in cleaning or caretaking roles (preferred but not essential).
• Is organised, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
• Is physically able to perform cleaning tasks and lift light equipment.
