IntSol Recruitment is urgently hiring Bus Drivers for a leading Bus Operator in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced PCV drivers based in Buckinghamshire, with immediate start.
Driver Highlights
- Immediate Start - Route learning begins over the weekend
- Guaranteed 50 Hours Per Week
- Minimum 10-Hour Duties Per Day
- Up to £75 Weekly Travel Allowance (if commuting over 10 miles from the depot)

Pay Rates
PAYE Rate
- Monday to Friday: £16.15
- Weekend: £16.75
- Bank Holiday: £18.00
PAYE + Rolled-Up Holiday Pay
- Monday to Friday: £18.10
- Weekend: £18.77
- Bank Holiday: £20.17
Umbrella Rate
- Monday to Friday: £21.00
- Weekend: £21.78
- Bank Holiday: £23.40
Benefits
- Guaranteed 10-Hour Daily Minimum Pay
- £12.50 Daily Travel Allowance for drivers commuting more than 10 miles to the depot (up to £75 weekly)
- Sign-On to Sign-Off Pay (with 1 hour deducted for breaks)

- Earliest Start: 5 AM
- Last Bus into Depot: 10:30 PM
- Average Start Time: 6-7 AM
- Average Finish Time: 7-8 PM
Bus Driver Requirements
- Valid UK PCV Driving Licence
- Valid CPC Qualification
- Minimum 1 Year PCV Experience
- Full Flexibility for Shifts
