We are looking for local and flexible Bus Drivers who are available for full-time work. This role is ideal for experienced drivers seeking consistent hours and a rewarding opportunity to contribute to efficient transport services.
Driver Highlights:
- Immediate Start
- Guaranteed 10 hours daily minimum
- Daily Travel Allowance of £12.50 per day for 10 miles or more (£75 weekly)
- Sign-on to Sign-off Shifts
- Free Parking at the depot
- Earliest Start: 5:00 am
- Average Finish Time: 19:00 - 20:00
- Last Bus Into Depot: 22:30
Pay Rates:
PAYE:
- Weekday: £16.15 per hour
- Weekend: £16.75 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £18.00 per hour
PAYE + Rolled - Up Holiday:
- Weekday: £18.10 per hour
- Weekend: ££18.77 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £20.17 per hour
Umbrella Assignment Rate:
- Weekday: £21.00 per hour
- Weekend: £21.78 per hour
- Bank Holiday: £23.40 per hour
Job Description:
- Start Times: Between 6:00 am - 7:00 am on average, with early starts at 5:00 am.
- Shift Length: Typical working day includes 10-12 hours, including breaks.
- Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring reliability and punctuality.
- Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to maintain safety.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with passengers.
- Drive responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and company regulations.
Driver Requirements:
- Valid UK PCV driving licence.
- Valid CPC qualification.
- No more than 6 points on your driving licence.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Confidence in learning routes through maps and videos.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours.
