- Experience of stock systems - or similar
- Previous experience working within the manufacturing industry
- Supervising experience
- Be able to manage multiple tasks
- Drive and motivation
- Relationship building skills with both internal colleagues and external customers
- Experience being accountable for KPI's and tracking staff's progress
- Ability to supervise internal staff whilst also being hands on with customers
