Our client based in the Aylesbury area of Buckinghamshire is recruiting a temporary Head Chef for 3 months to cover Paternity leave.
This is an opportunity to for an experienced Head Chef who is looking for short term opportunity in this busy environment. The venue is a popular with visitors and has a restaurant, bar and cafe style food outlet. The role is working Wednesday to Sunday - 42 hours per week.
No live in is available so you will need own transport.
Key Responsibilities
Effective Management and Development of your brigade
Preparing restaurant quality fresh food
Management of GP and stock control
Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules
Strong understanding of kitchen finances and procedures
Excellent communicator
