A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Aylesbury for a Sous Chef to work at their busy country estate. The property serves all fresh food each service to restaurant and cafeteria customers. The role is Wednesday to Sunday straight day shifts with some occasional evenings required for events throughout the year.

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals
- Day shifts Weds - Sunday
- Occasional evenings when events are held
The Person
- You will already be a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with a fresh food background
- Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
- Have experience of working in a busy hotel, pub or restaurant
- Good attention to detail
