About the role:
We are looking for a Marketing CRM Executive to support our Direct Marketing Manager in the delivery of the Customer Contact Strategy. You will help with the management and optimisation of customer communications using CRM channels, primarily email and SMS. You’ll be building campaigns within Dotdigital and briefing customer audience selections and segmentation for marketing communications, as well as being responsible for the delivery of campaigns, monthly reporting and campaign analysis and optimisation.
What you’ll be doing:
CRM Marketing Campaigns
- Briefing our data agency, with support from the Direct marketing Manager, using segmentation to create audience selections
- Building email and SMS campaigns in Dotdigital using templates to meet the requirements of the customer contact strategy
- Support in the creation of marketing collateral and seasonal campaign initiatives, by writing comprehensive briefs to our artwork agencies
- Delivery of the ongoing customer communications approach to drive engagement with the Agria brand and other key commercial partners to include transactional emails, onboarding messages, customer newsletters and other communications
Acquisition Strategy
- Support the Direct Marketing Manager with delivering and optimising our sales-driving email and SMS campaigns to acquire new business by converting free covers, quotes/enquirers, and lapsed prospects/customers into full policyholders
- Regularly reporting on campaign success for ongoing channel optimisation to meet sales targets, and making recommendations on future approaches.
- Contribute to the monthly marketing report including results of sales-driving campaigns and relevant A/B testing and analysis
- Management & planning of marketing automation & testing programmes, with support from the Direct marketing Manager, across email, post and SMS channels.
3rd Party Management and Partnerships
- Support the Direct Marketing Manager with the management of agencies/suppliers
- Working closely with the other stakeholders in the business to support the partnership strategy in relevant CRM channels as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of using Dotdigital, Apteco FastStats/PeopleStage
- Excellent communication skills including spelling and grammar
- Able to coordinate multiple external communications’ messages at any one time
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels
- Good organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
- Versatile, with the ability to adapt quickly to the changing needs of a rapidly developing business
Additional information:
- Weekly attendance at Agria Head Office in Aylesbury every Wednesday. You may be asked to attend additional days where the business requires.
