Main Responsibilities as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Define and lead technology strategy and execution, overseeing SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Inspire and manage a high-performing tech team while ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and scalability to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Experienced technology leader with a strong track record in digital transformation, SaaS implementation, and customer-focused innovation
- A strong background in Financial Services or Retail industries where there is a focus on customer financial transactions.
- Exceptional project/programme management, stakeholder engagement and strategic leadership abilities.
