We are recruiting for a rapidly growing children’s service, who are seeking a Registered Home Manager to oversee a brand new 2-bed EBD home located in a stunning converted farmhouse, surrounded by peaceful fields just outside of Aylesbury. This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a dedicated team in a home designed to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for children and young people.

The Role:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring it provides exceptional care and support for the children.

- Lead a team of committed professionals, fostering a positive and open culture.

- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain the highest standards of care.

- Work creatively to implement individual care plans and therapeutic strategies tailored to each child’s needs.

- Build strong relationships with external professionals, local authorities, and families to ensure the best outcomes for the young people.

What We’re Looking For:

- A Registered Manager with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People’s Residential Management) or equivalent.

- Experience managing an EBD home, with a strong understanding of the challenges and rewards.

- A dynamic leader who thinks innovatively and can develop creative solutions to challenges.

- A passion for improving the lives of children and young people and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting their welfare.

- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach.
