Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and Family Support Workers to deliver effective social work and early help services.
  • Ensure quality of practice through regular assessments, planning, and service reviews.
  • Manage team performance, ensuring compliance with standards and value for money.
  • Develop and coordinate partnerships within and outside the service.
  • Contribute to local service development and improvements, playing a key role in strategic planning.

About You:We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in Children's Services. You should have proven leadership skills, the ability to manage change, and experience in fostering effective partnerships. A recognised social work qualification and current registration with Social Work England are essential for this role.
