My client, a successful Multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Wendover. My client is a well-established practice known for delivering high-quality design solutions and exceptional customer service. Their projects span both public and private sector developments primarily in the South East of England, as well as key clients across Great Britain.

They are looking for a skilled engineer to manage projects independently, supported by senior engineers and management. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a respected practice while growing in your career.

Key Responsibilities for this Chartered Structural Engineer include:

  • Lead and manage a range of projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards in design, quality, and client service.
  • Conduct forensic building defect surveys and produce detailed reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and clients.
  • Engage with clients, develop strong relationships, and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering professional growth within the team.

Requirements for this Chartered Structural Engineer include:

  • Chartered Structural Engineer with several years of experience in a senior role, ideally from a small to medium-sized practice.
  • Expertise in forensic building defect surveys, report writing, and design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and generate business.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
