They are looking for a Structural Engineer with strong Project Management skills to join their team in the Buckinghamshire area on a permanent basis. The Structural Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

Experienced working on masonry support / facades / architecture
2 or more years’ industry experience ideally working in a similar role within structural design
Degree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ qualified in Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
Strong CAD skills, experienced with AutoCAD or Revit for design
Confident knowledge of building/construction codes and structural disciplines
Able to manage design projects from concept to delivery
Able to maintain technical documentation and BOM entry
Able to work well individually as well as part of a team

The Structural Engineer role will involve:

Being responsible for the design and development of various products and structures
Managing your own projects from concept through to completion
Using CAD and structural analysis software on a day-to-day basis
Developing ideas from concept to production
Creating models/prototypes
Liaising with clients and developing solutions
Collaborating with different departments to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
Maintaining technical drawings and documentation
Providing technical guidance and support
