The Role:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will provide professional support to clients and contractors, resolving payment queries, assisting with platform navigation, and ensuring all customer service standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client support through inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Resolve payment queries and ensure all issues are addressed within SLAs.
  • Assist clients in navigating the online platform and offer guidance on maximising its features.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve service processes.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
