Are you the person who can
Supervise the daily operationsof the home alongside the General Manager, ensuring the highest quality of care?
- Promote a compassionate environmentwhere residents physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs are met with excellence?
- Embrace the principlesof the Francis Report, Duty of Candour, and the 6 Cs, championing integrity, care, and compassion?
- Inspire and lead your team, acting as a visible role model within the care home community?
- Maintain optimal staffing levelsby managing the care home rota, ensuring each resident receives personalized care that suits their individual needs?
- Effectively manage budgetsand resources to ensure efficient operation within financial parameters.
- Uphold the highest care standards, ensuring compliance with the Care Home Act 2008 and 2014?
- Participate in the on-call system, ensuring seamless care in collaboration with the General Manager?
- Be physically involvedin the care of residents, either directly or through delegation, and take responsibility for the smooth running of the home?

- ALevel 5 in Leadership and Management(or are working towards it)?
