The impact you will make:

  • Working alongside the General Manager, you'll supervise the day-to-day operations of the home.

  • With great compassion, you'll ensure your teams are dedicated to provide strong & safe, physical & emotional, person-centred care.

  • You'll be driven to promote a caring and welcoming environment where the social. intellectual and spiritual needs of the residents are recognised and looked after.

  • Ensuring a consistently high standard of care compliant with the Care Home Act 2008 & 2014 is of the utmost importance to you.

  • A visible role model with the Haddenham community combined with your natural kindness, will ensure you'll lead and nurture teams inspiring them to be their very best at work.

  • You'll champion delivering outstanding care, embracing the principles of the Francis Report, Duty of Candour, and the 6 Cs.

  • With previous experience, you'll know how to manage your team rota, maintaining optimum staffing levels to ensure personalised care for each residents individual needs.

  • You'll already have or be working towards your NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management.

  • Highly organised, with a strong financial acumen, budgets and resources will be managed effectively to ensure an efficient operation.

  • Alongside the General Manager, you'll participate in the on-call systems to always deliver the highest standards of seamless care.
