Your new companyA leading business within their sector are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team. Your new roleAs the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on leads generated from various marketing sources, including Lead Forensics, website enquiries, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as SQLs.
  • Engagement: Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their needs and present our solutions.
  • Information Gathering: Collect and document key information about prospects, including their pain points, needs, and decision-making process.
  • Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, providing them with relevant information and updates to keep them engaged.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and to provide feedback on lead quality.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the ZOHO CRM system. Provide regular reports on lead status and conversion rates.

What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in applying for the position of Business Development Executive you will have:

  • Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
