Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will oversee a small close-knit commercial team. Your primary focus will be to assess project risk, offer financial direction for the project team, preserve and improve processes, and manage potential claims. This role can be done on a hybrid basis between the office and home.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to step up or an existing Commercial Manager with existing experience or a genuine interest in working on roofing & cladding projects.

The Role:

*Lead a small, close-knit commercial team

*Maintain relationships with clients & suppliers

*Offer financial direction to the project team

*Manage CVRs every month including planning and organising

*Office-based near Aylesbury, hybrid available

The Person:

*Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with existing experience or a genuine interest in working on roofing & cladding projects.
