We have a terrific opportunity available in the Buckinghamshire/Oxfordshire region for an ambitious Commercial Contracts Manager who has experience working within the Public Sector. This is a position within an expanding commercial function, and you will be responsible for managing senior relationships within Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups and other key stakeholders to ensure all parties meet contractual requirements.

The organisation is in an exciting period of transformation and the role will include a broad spectrum of responsibilities including reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating contracts, monitoring contract performance and compliance, creating a contract oversight process, and working with internal and external stakeholders on projects such as new estate strategies. The work will be all-encompassing and will give you exposure to the full range of local authority contracts and ad-hoc contracts matters across the organisation as well as the opportunity to undertake related project work.

The role will require the successful applicant to be onsite for 2 days per week.
