The Role: Project Management Officer

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to join the Programmes team. In this role, you will support Project Managers by maintaining and governing project schedules using an in-house project management system (PMS). Your work will ensure the business has accurate, consistent data to make critical decisions on resource allocation and project success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Project Managers on project planning activities.
  • Liaising with Work Package Managers to track tasks, scheduling, and project performance.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and developing training materials for PMS users.
  • Assisting with system upgrades and new requirements as our product evolves.

You will be part of a team delivering life-saving engineering solutions to the world's most advanced military aircraft. Your input will help us continuously improve, listen to customer needs, and ensure products deployed effectively.What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in project planning, management, or manufacturing.
  • Willingness to learn project planning tools and systems (experience with SAP, Primavera, or Planisware is a plus, but full training on our PMS will be provided).
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to the highest standards.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
