Project Manager

Location: Buckinghamshire (hybrid)

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The project manager will lead planning, tracking, and delivery of assigned projects. You'll work with stakeholders across the business, regulatory bodies, and suppliers, ensuring effective management and success. Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define, communicate, and align on project scope, resolving misunderstandings where necessary.• Develop and maintain a detailed, cross-functional project plan, identifying dependencies, risks, and key milestones while ensuring stakeholder involvement.• Secure necessary resources, including budget, personnel, and logistics, ensuring clear justification and affordability.• Lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and accountability, including third-party supplier management.• Monitor and manage project timelines, costs, risks, quality, and change control, ensuring effective reporting and governance compliance.• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring smooth project execution, business engagement, and successful handover of deliverables.Qualifications/skills and experience:• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, preferably education or IT-related, with a professional project management qualification (e.g., PMQ).• At least 5 years of project management experience, successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into practical implementation.• Excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation skills, with experience coordinating diverse teams.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with experts in various fields.• High IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and MS Project, with strong leadership and team management abilities.Benefits:• Private healthcare and dental cover is available after completion of probationary period.• Generous pension• Salary sacrifice schemes - pension, cycle to work scheme, additional annual leave• Free parking on site.• Performance Related Pay (PRP) scheme.• One paid volunteering day per year.• Hybrid/flexible working optionsFS1 Recruitment is a UK-based recruitment agency providing solutions within the Sales, Marketing and Creative fields for permanent, freelance and contract positions please contact us to discuss one of our many positions.
