My client is looking for a Project Manager, where you will oversee the design and pre-production administration of bespoke cardboard packaging, ensuring timely management from enquiry to after-sales care. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in managing both projects and client relationships effectively.
Day-to-day of the role:- Support our sales team and clients with new packaging enquiries and modifications to existing products.
- Work closely with clients to ensure all details of their orders are meticulously considered and understood by all parties involved.
- Handle miscellaneous customer enquiries and occasionally address complaints.
- Maintain awareness of the commercial implications of client requests and the necessary actions to address these.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Design packaging solutions and specify manufacturing processes in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
- Create physical samples for client approval.
- Assist in preparing artwork for printing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proven experience in building B2B relationships.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand technical information.
- Strong presentation skills, including confidence in phone communication and writing clear, grammatically correct emails.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and 3D CAD software is advantageous.
- Competitive salary range of £28,000 to £36,000 per year.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
