- Oversee and manage utility projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and financial summaries.
- Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- SMSTS Certification:Essential for ensuring site safety and compliance.
- Experience:Proven track record in managing water and utility projects.
- CSCS Card:Black/Gold CSCS card required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
