The Comprehensive Training Curriculum
As an Experienced Trainer, you'll have the privilege of delivering a range of comprehensive courses that equip our learners with vital skills and knowledge. Including:
- Moving and Handling
- Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
- Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, Fire Safety, Food Hygiene
- Dementia Care
- End of Life Care
- Oral Hygiene
- First Aid / Basic Life Support
- Induction Training
- Nutrition and Hydration
- Safe Handling of Medication
- Assessing the Care Certificate
You will also oversee the recruitment function of the company and be involved in creating eye catching marketing material, interviewing, job spec creation, advertising and much more!
