Join our team as a Customer Services Assistant in our Contact Centre based in Aylesbury. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service and a good understanding of Contact Centre operations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver high-quality customer service by telephone, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience for all callers.
- Answer calls promptly and manage them in accordance with established procedures, ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met.
- Listen attentively to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required within the Contact Centre environment.
- Comply with the FCA’s conduct rules and the PRA’s standards, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Notify regulators of matters that are reasonably expected to be notified.
- Excellent oral communication skills and telephone manner.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to focus on customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic numerical skills.
- A good understanding of Contact Centre processes and systems.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards is preferable but not mandatory.
