The Role

This is a busy role in which you will be responsible for the following:

  • Be the main point of contact for all pre and post sales enquiries - phone and email.
  • Creating quotes.
  • Answering product enquiries on the phone and email.
  • Updating customer details on the system.
  • Once the order is secured, process it through to the next stage.
  • Keep the customer in the loop providing regular updates and ensuring timely delivery of their order.

About You

This role would suit those who are either experienced administrators or those who are looking to move out of a sales/customer service role and try something new!

  • Customer service and admin orientated.
  • Able to learn on the job (with training and retain product/system knowledge).
  • Excellent telephone manner and able to take down information accurately and concisely.
  • Computer literate.
  • Attention to detail - thorough and precise.
  • Able to work to deadlines.
  • Hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
