The Company

An established reputable business who are highly respected in their industry. Working within a regulated environment, you will be providing full customer service support to customers calling into the business. This is a permanent office-based role which we are looking to fill asap.

The Role

Working within a busy contact centre, you will be the first person who customers calling into the business will speak to. Providing a high level of customer service at all times is pivotal to the brands reputation. Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering high quality customer service by telephone.
  • To answer calls promptly dealing with them in line with procedures, ensuring that productivity and quality targets are met.
  • To listen carefully ensuring our customer needs are met.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Comply with the regulations relating to the financial services industry (training can be given).

About You

We are ideally looking for candidates with call centre/high call volume experince, but if you can demonstrate providing first class customer service in other ways then please do still apply. Key attributes/skills required:

  • Good oral communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Team player.
  • Focus on providing excellent service.
  • Basic numerical skills.
  • Desirable if you have contact centre experience - but not necessary.

The Package

  • Basic salary £23,500 (Can potentially offer more if you're coming from a financial contact centre/customer service background).
  • Great benefits including discretionary annual bonus, Life Assurance, Pension.
  • Office based full time Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
  • No parking on site.
