We are supporting them as they look to recruit a new team of Customer Service Advisors on a permanent basis starting in November at their brand new, state-of-the-art office in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire. You will also speak with customers on live chat and may occasionally make outbound telephone calls to customers to follow up on a previous conversation.
