Location: Aylesbury

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer service. Your main duties will include:

  • Efficiently and effectively handling customer calls, providing solutions tailored to their needs
  • Providing excellent customer service in line with company policies and procedures
  • Delivering educational and professional service by promoting and upselling organisation products and services
