This is a hybrid role working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) as follows:-

  • 2 days in the office (which is in Stokenchurch near to High Wycombe)
  • 3 days a week from home.

ESSENTIAL:

  • Interested candidates must want to pursue a career as a Data Officer.
  • Must be at Intermediate to Advanced on Excel
  • Must have a good understanding and knowledge of what a CRM system is and must have used some kind of CRM system in the past
  • Must have a good understanding of Data Management and Data Control in general
  • Must be able to drive to Stokenchurch easily in rush hour traffic (which is a small town a short drive away from High Wycombe. However, just to make you aware that as this location is in a fairly remote location in Postcode area HP14 you will probably need to be a car driver to get to this location).

THE LOCATION: High Wycombe. Stokenchurch.

HYBRID:

As mentioned above, this is a full time permanent role, to work 2 days per week in the office and 3 days per week from home

(Or if you prefer, you can work 5 days in the office)

Working Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs per week

The Role

Working as part of a successful team you will be fully trained up on the whole role as long as you have had some kind of office based type experience dealing with the control of data.

Responsible for:-

  • Reporting into the Data Manager, working as part of a team.
  • Assisting with the management of data in general, as well as assisting with data relating to the development of the database
  • You will also get involved in general and confidential data entry and analysis work.
  • Running, amending and creating reports and data imports.
  • You will utilise a broad range of technical skills to uphold the highest standards of data integrity.
  • In addition you will problem solve data management issues, whilst looking for ways to improve processes in the business
