Due to another period of growth, they are now recruiting for a Document Controller to join their team.

In this role, you can either be fully office-based or do some hybrid work. You will report to the Head of Design and work autonomously across all aspects of documentation control, including the use of various EDMS/CDMS software, to upload and download documents, monitor approvals, problem-solve any challenges, and have the opportunity to work on the improvement of processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Document Controller from any industry. You will be process-driven, have great attention to detail, and have experience using EDMS/CDMS (ProCore, 4Projects, Aconex, BIM 360, Asite, Sharepoint etc).

The Role:
*Upload and download construction information documentation - drawings, specifications, technical submittals, material samples
*Use of Construction/Electronic Document Management Systems CDMS / EDMS (ProCore, 4Projects, Aconex, BIM 360, Asite, Sharepoint etc.)
*Problem-solving any issues or challenges with document control
*Reporting to the Head of Design
*Near Aylesbury, hybrid available

The Person:
*Previous experience as a Document Controller
*Track record using EDMS / CDMS software (ProCore, 4Projects, Aconex, BIM 360, Asite, Sharepoint etc.)
*Genuine interest in the construction industry
*Driving license
