Aspire People are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school with sites in West Wycombe and Aylesbury. This school provides a safe and nurturing environment for students aged 11 to 18 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.
The Role:
* Support students with SEMH needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning
* Provide a safe and caring space for students to express emotions and develop confidence
* Assist in delivering tailored interventions and structured learning activities
* Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual student needs
* Help promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
About You:
* Minimum of two years' experience in an SEND environment or similar provision
* Passionate about supporting young people with SEND and SEMH needs
