General Manager required for a BRAND NEW elderly care home commission in Buckinghamshire.

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the opening of a prestigious new luxury elderly care community in Buckinghamshire and offer longer term management. This exceptional care home is set to redefine standards in senior living, combining unparalleled care with elegant surroundings and premium amenities.

As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the launch and ongoing operations of this state-of-the-art care home. You will be responsible for building a cohesive and passionate team, delivering outstanding care, and fostering a warm, welcoming community for residents and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the commissioning process and ensuring a seamless transition to full operational status.
  • Developing and implementing robust operational strategies to meet regulatory, financial, and service excellence standards.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team dedicated to providing exceptional care.
