Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service are provided to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Lead, manage, and support a team of healthcare professionals.
