JOB – Electrical Design Engineer LOCATION – Buckinghamshire TERM - Permanent SALARY – £55,000 -£65,000 per annum  A Buckinghamshire based Engineering company are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.The Electrical Design Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:
  • HNC or equivalent/ higher electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical design package.
  • Good experience & understanding of PLCs, servos & motors, gearboxes etc.
  • Previous electrical design experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment or similar.
  • Good experience troubleshooting electrical & control systems.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the full design project from conception through to installation.
  • Producing design documentation & schematics.
  • Ensuring health & safety regulations are being met at all times
  • Providing support to other engineers when required.
  • Liaising closely with customers & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
