Skilled Fabricators Wanted Motorsport Industry | Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire Border

Are you an experienced fabricator/welder with a passion for precision engineering? Do you thrive in a high-performance environment, working with thin-wall materials (0.3mm 2mm) such as Inconel, Titanium, Aluminium, and Stainless Steel?

For over 40 years, we have been supplying top-level motorsport teams and engine builders across the globe, from British Touring Car and F1 to IndyCar in the US. Due to a growing workload, we are looking for two highly skilled fabricators to join our elite team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and welding of precision components to an exceptionally high standard
  • Working from technical drawings to produce complex parts
  • Using a variety of fabrication equipment, including band saws, presses, grinding wheels, Avamatic machines, etc.
  • Ensuring all parts are correctly fitted, aligned, and assembled
  • Maintaining high quality control standards
  • Reporting any product deficiencies and proactively resolving production issues

What Were Looking For:

  • Extensive sheet metal work and fabrication experience
  • Expertise in thin-walled stainless and nickel alloys (under 1mm)
  • A high standard of welding, particularly within motorsport, aerospace, or similar high-precision industries
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to fine tolerances
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently or within a high-performance team
  • A flexible, can-do attitude

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £19 - £20 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • Core hours: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (30-min lunch)
  • Annual leave: 20 days + bank holidays (rising to 25 days after 2 years)
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half
  • Pension: 11% employer contribution (regardless of employee contribution)
  • Bonus scheme: Profit-related annual bonus

We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running. Ideally, youll have motorsport experience, but we may also consider candidates from aerospace, precision engineering, or high-end fabrication backgrounds.

While our preference is for permanent hires, we may consider experienced contract fabricators who meet our exacting standards.
