Overview:

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing organisation looking for a Project Coordinator to join their modernisation team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries from initial request to job completion, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process
  • Coordinate surveys and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Liaise with Engineers Supervisor and Purchase Manager to schedule work based on customer needs
  • Prepare quotes, including costings and calculations, and produce reports for job completion
  • Forward completed jobs for pricing and invoicing procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in accordance with quality assurance policies
  • Complete job packs and files within specified timeframes

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong organisational and project planning abilities
  • Team player with a flexible approach to work
  • Background in customer service and administration
