A stunning national trust property based in Waddesdon is looking for an experienced Visitor Experience Manager, passionate about heritage. Key responsibilities as Visitor Experience Manager:

Oversee daily visitor operations, ensuring high standards and compliance
Lead, develop and support the Assistant Visitor Experience Manager (AVEM) and team
Drive visitor engagement through tours, exhibitions, and events
Collaborate with marketing, events, collections, and volunteering teams
Ensure health, safety, and accessibility across the site

What we’re looking for in a Visitor Experience Manager:

Extensive experience in visitor-facing roles, preferably in heritage/museums
an inspiring leader with strong operational and team development skills
a genuine passion for delivering exceptional visitor experiences in a heritage setting
