Remuneration: Basic to £31,000 including car allowance, financial guarantees of £700 per month for 6 months, pension, DIS, Bonus & Commission, OTE £55,000 - £70,000

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mortgage Advisor in this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Mortgage Consultation: Providing expert mortgage advice to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions.
  • Property Market: Operating in a vibrant property market with an average property size of £330k.
  • Lead Utilization: Managing and converting leads to facilitate mortgage opportunities.
  • Commission Structure: Earning a minimum commission size of £250 per case.
  • Mortgage Production: Writing 2 - 3 mortgages each week, leveraging the active property market.
  • Client Engagement: Engaging with clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • CeMAP Qualification: Essential for providing expert mortgage advice.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
