What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage professional
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating mortgage advisers
- Demonstrated success in mortgage sales & estate agency lead conversion
- Strong protection sales skills with a consultative approach
- Experience with HNW clientele (preferred but not essential)
- Entrepreneurial mindset - Driven, ambitious, and relationship-focused
