Responsibilities will include :
- Enterprise Risk Manager
- Reporting to Chief Risk Officer
- Responsibilities include :
- RM Framework and Policies
- Risk Incident and RCSA Processes
- Risk Review and Oversight
- Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite Framework
- Risk MI and ORSA
- Risk training
To succeed in the role you will need :
- Financial Services experience
- Experience of the regulatory environment in the UK
- Understanding and experience of operational risk management and broad enterprise risk management, and their associated management frameworks and processes.
- Previous (1st or 2nd line) risk management experience
