Head of FinanceAre you a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial management?We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Finance to provide leadership in all aspects of finance and contribute to the strategic direction of our client.About the Role:As Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial vision of the organization, ensuring robust financial management, and supporting operational excellence. You will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance while leading a team of finance professionals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic financial planning and management.
  • Develop and maintain a three-year financial plan compliant with statutory guidelines.
  • Provide clear financial reports and advice to stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgets, audits, and risk management processes.
  • Contribute to the organization’s growth strategy and support financial due diligence for new projects.
The ideal candidate:
  • A professional financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, etc.).
  • Proven experience in financial leadership, budget management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in education or public sector finance is desirable.
