They are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their team, providing vital support in streamlining processes, managing client relationships, and driving operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day administration of financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients and professional partners, delivering outstanding service.
- Implementing automation tools to improve workflows, such as AI-powered transcription and task management systems.
- Managing client cases and clearing backlogs to ensure timely and compliant financial planning support.
- Working closely with senior leadership to enhance operational strategies and introduce process improvements.
- Supporting the adoption of new technologies and smarter working practices.

- This role would suit an experienced financial services administrator who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and client-focused.
