Job Description
This office-based role offers the opportunity to be part of an experienced team responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work from our network of restoration and construction specialists.
Your primary focus will be collaborating with local suppliers and clients to establish a clear, agreed-upon scope of work, ensuring properties are restored to their pre-loss condition as efficiently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with our supplier network.
- Maintain clear and effective communication between all key stakeholders in the claims process.
- Validate costs and confirm claim coverage.
- Reconcile completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Apply client guidelines and philosophies to work schedules.
- Coordinate with operatives and clients to finalize a scope of work.
- Develop repair schedules that are both efficient and appropriate.
- Provide support and guidance to our supplier network.
- Proactively address and resolve any obstacles to finalizing the scope of work.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A team-oriented mindset and passion for collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Sharp attention to detail with investigative and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in scope validation, insurance claims, drying, or construction is required.
- A commitment to professional development—external qualifications through the Chartered Insurance Institute are available after your initial period with us.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: £23,900-£30,000 DOE
